The MetalCoat 471 precisely coats tinplate, TFS, and aluminum sheets, in both rectangular and scroll-cut formats. The VacuMatic infeed table with electronic format adjustment and gripper drum ensures precise sheet feeding. The particularly flexible 3-roller coating unit reliably applies various coatings, and the round belt or Venturi delivery system handles the coated metal sheets with a small contact surface.

It can be used as a stand-alone coating machine with thermal drying and exhaust air purification for solvent-based coatings or equipped with a radiation dryer for UV or UV-LED coatings. Its modular design allows for expansion into a tandem or double coating line.

Inline Coating in Metal Decoration

The MetalCoat 471 excels as an inline coating machine. In printing and coating lines following a MetalStar 4 or Mailänder 283, it economically combines metal printing and protective varnishing in a single pass.
