The pile turner type 823 is engineered to prevent material handling bottlenecks. It provides automated pile turning designed to match the rated output potential of your metal decorating line. Deploy it as a standalone pile turning station or fully integrate it into your logistics track on the feeder type 781 or stacker type 808. When integrated, the system is seamlessly managed by your central line control for automated synchronisation. In standalone operation, it is capacity-rated to process the material throughput of up to three MetalStar 4 metal decorating lines.

Our pile turners were developed specifically for use in metal decorating. They handle metal sheets up to a maximum format of 1,250 x 1,000 mm and stack weights up to 3,500 kg, making them suitable for all standard industry applications. Particular emphasis has been placed on a robust mechanical design to support operational availability and protective sheet turning. Engineered for efficient pile rotation, the hydraulic pile turner type 822 serves up to seven production lines.
