1) Printability is decisively influenced by the flexural rigidity and evenness of the substrate and can be qualitatively limited in the edge area (upgrades available for optimisation). 2) A stricter tolerance of max. +/- 1.5 mm must be applied to any deviation of a sheet from the optimum flatness – whether due to damage or waviness. However, any deviation from the optimum flatness will have a negative impact on the print quality and/or the production speed. 3) Depending on quality, format and thickness of sheets, inks, etc. as well as colour setting specification of the printing job.
