In the metal decorating industry, thermal drying remains a proven drying system for various metal packaging. It supports scratch resistance, flexibility, and surface hardness of the ink layer. The oven process is engineered to support thorough drying, allowing the ink layer to withstand intensive post-processing and forming. Depending on the customer requirement, the dryer lengths range from 18 - 42m. For inline coating lines,systems can be flexibly configured—either with an optional pre-dryer or for wet-on-wet coating application, depending on specific process requirements.
