Advanced Coating Technology for Metal Decorating
Designed as a high-capacity coating machine for metal sheets, it combines extensive automation with high operational efficiency. At its core is a precise three-roller application system featuring direct drives. Process stability through automation is further supported by automated washing and closed-loop coating thickness control.
The coater parameters are managed via the central HMI. By storing job settings for repeat runs, the machine reduces setup times and manual adjustments. Features such as the optional closed-loop coating thickness control, reduce operator workload and lacquer consumption and enable a consistent quality throughout the production run.
Productivity remains the focus during cleaning as well: an automated washing system reduces manual tasks and shortens the changeover process. Whether processing solvent-based or UV/UV-LED coatings, the MetalCoat 484 delivers consistent quality. Centralised control enables operators to directly control all line components. This applies both to standalone coating lines and to inline solutions following a printing machine.
