Developed to meet high quality standards and accommodate a wide variety of coatings, this coating machine relies on a precise three-roller application system.
The MetalCoat 471 processes solvent-based as well as UV and UV-LED coatings—even on challenging substrates. Whether standalone or inline, operation is intuitive and safe. A central touch interface enables operators to monitor and control the entire line simultaneously. The layer thickness settings can be done manually by hand wheels in the established manner, while electrical settings can be stored for faster set-up on repeat jobs. Optional equipment options include adaptations for aluminum sheets, solutions for reduced setup times, and inline quality measurement systems.
