HighEcon air purification
The HighEcon system provides thermal exhaust air purification on metal packaging coating lines. By recirculating process heat from solvent combustion directly into the drying chamber, the system lowers external natural gas consumption during continuous operation and job changeovers compared to dryer installations operating without exhaust heat recovery.

System architecture & engineering
The HighEcon system incorporates a fresh-air heat exchanger and a primary heat exchanger engineered for high thermal recovery performance. Variations in production conditions are automatically managed through stepless control of the exhaust air volume. The system is configured for new installations and demanding coating lines.
